Meet Dr Jacqueline Cupido
She is one of the first Specialist Orthodontists to complete her degree Cum Laude in 20 years and is well known and respected in the industry. This specialist degree takes 17 years to master, normal dentistry degrees take 6 years to complete. There are only a handful of specialist orthodontists in the Western Cape.

Do I need a referral to become a patient at Hipp?
Many dentists and orthodontists have professional working relationships, and your dentist may recommend a specific orthodontist they believe will provide you with the best orthodontic care. At HIPP Orthodontics, we work with our network of top local dentists who refer their patients to us for specialist orthodontics, and we refer you back for any dentistry that’s needed. If your dentist suggests that you come to us, we would be happy to add you as a patient.
However, it’s important to note that a recommendation isn’t the same thing as a referral, and neither is required to become a patient of ours. Even if your dentist hasn’t recommended a specific orthodontist by name, our team at HIPP Orthodontics can still take the call of all your dental needs. All you have to do is book a consultation with us so that we can get to know you and what you may need.
